The route and the city<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Start and finish at Torgallmenningen<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n
<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The route starts at Torgallmenningen and heads into R\u00e5dhusgaten, before continuing along Kaigaten and past the railway station. The course then goes behind the Bystasjonen bus station and follows the pedestrian path past AdO. From there, the route follows the pedestrian and cycle path into the Kronstad Tunnel, where runners turn around and head back. The route then passes M\u00f8llendal Chapel and continues on the cycle path to the Helipad. Here, runners turn right over the footbridge and continue toward Fl\u00f8en and AdO. From AdO, the route goes along the waterfront toward the old Nyg\u00e5rd Bridge and continues toward Solheimsviken. Runners follow the pier edge for a stretch in Damsg\u00e5rdsundet before heading up into Damsg\u00e5rdsveien. Here, you run on the sidewalk until reaching Sm\u00e5pudden.<\/p>\n

The route continues across Sm\u00e5pudden and through Nyg\u00e5rdsparken, before runners return toward the city center. At Media City, the route goes up to Johannes Bruns gate. It then continues up Hans Tanks gate and into Fosswinckels gate. Runners follow Fosswinckels gate until they head down into Bohrs gate, turn into Vestre Torggate, and continue straight ahead to the finish line at Torgallmenningen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
