Arrive Early
Please note that bib number distribution closes at 2:00 PM on race day. We therefore encourage you to pick up your bib number as early as possible.
Before the Race
Bib Number
Bib numbers and T-shirts can be picked up at JUICE Galleriet.
Have your SMS with the start confirmation ready when you come to pick up. It contains your bib number and the size of the T-shirt you ordered.
We encourage you to pick up your bib number as early as possible. Please note that bib number distribution closes at 2:00 PM on race day.
Can someone else pick up my bib number?
Yes! Send them the SMS with your start confirmation, and they can pick up both your bib number and your pre-ordered T-shirt on your behalf.
Resale/Transfer of Bib Number
Resale/transfer of bib numbers is permitted until September 6th.
T-shirt
Pre-ordered T-shirts are distributed along with the bib numbers. Show your SMS with the start confirmation and T-shirt size.
Age Categories
- 12 - 13 years
- 14 - 15 years
- 16 - 17 years
- 18 - 19 years = Junior
- 20 - 22 years = Youth (U23)
- 23 - 34 years
- 35 - 39 years
- 40 - 44 years
- Thereafter, 5-year age groups as long as there are participants
Price Increase
October 7 - January 31: 450 NOK + 50 NOK license fee
February 1 - June 30: 500 NOK + 50 NOK license fee
July 1 - August 28: 550 NOK + 50 NOK license fee
An administration fee of 25 NOK will be added to the stated prices. In addition, everyone participating in races in Norway must pay a license fee to the Norwegian Athletics Federation. The license fee is in addition to the entry fee. If you have already purchased an annual license, please provide your license number. 2:00 PM Changing rooms open in Vikinghallen
2:00 PM – 2:45 PM Kids' activity park at Torgallmenningen
3:00 PM Start Mini-Milen (kids' race) Torgallmenningen (600m).
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Clothes storage in Vikinghallen
3:45 PM Group warm-up from the stage
4:00 PM Start Fjordkraft Bergen City 10K from Torgallmenningen
5:00 PM Award ceremony from the stage
6:00 PM Event ends
Meeting Point and Wave Start
Meet at Torgallmenningen well in advance of the start. Find the sign for your wave, and enter the starting area when instructed by officials.
Clothes Storage
Clothes can be stored in Vikinghallen.
Changing Rooms
Changing rooms in Vikinghallen will be open for 10K participants. Lockers can be secured with your own padlock.
Traffic Regulations
As the race takes place through some of the city's streets, we will implement traffic interventions for a limited period (from 4:00 PM). Read the traffic regulations "HERE (link)".
Rules and Considerations
Follow the marked course and be considerate of other participants.
Restrooms
You will find restrooms at the start. They are located on Rådhusgaten by Galleriet.
Medical Aid and Assistance on the Course
Stop and contact the nearest course marshal if you or others need help.
After the Race
Awards
All participants in the Fjordkraft Bergen City 10K will receive a medal, drinks, and light refreshments after crossing the finish line.
Cash prizes for the top three in the women's and men's categories.
1st place: 3,000 NOK
2nd place: 2,000 NOK
3rd place: 1,000 NOK
