The route and the city

The route starts at Torgallmenningen and heads into Rådhusgaten, before continuing along Kaigaten and past the railway station. The course then goes behind the Bystasjonen bus station and follows the pedestrian path past AdO. From there, the route follows the pedestrian and cycle path into the Kronstad Tunnel, where runners turn around and head back. The route then passes Møllendal Chapel and continues on the cycle path to the Helipad. Here, runners turn right over the footbridge and continue toward Fløen and AdO. From AdO, the route goes along the waterfront toward the old Nygård Bridge and continues toward Solheimsviken. Runners follow the pier edge for a stretch in Damsgårdsundet before heading up into Damsgårdsveien. Here, you run on the sidewalk until reaching Småpudden.

The route continues across Småpudden and through Nygårdsparken, before runners return toward the city center. At Media City, the route goes up to Johannes Bruns gate. It then continues up Hans Tanks gate and into Fosswinckels gate. Runners follow Fosswinckels gate until they head down into Bohrs gate, turn into Vestre Torggate, and continue straight ahead to the finish line at Torgallmenningen.
